3SA Exhibitions are open to any artist and professionals as well as students are encouraged to enter. Entries must represent original works of art created within the past 3 years.

Artworks previously exhibited at 3 Square Art Gallery are not be eligible to submit.


Open to any and all traditional and non-traditional 2D and 3D art and photographic media applicable to the theme.

Entry Fee

$38 for up to three entries submitted. $5 per each additional entry. Fees are non-refundable. Number of entries limited to 5 images. Entry fee must be paid by the Call for Entry deadline.

Jury Process

The jury will select artwork for the exhibition and the exhibit curator will make the final selections from the jury's selection pool.

Submission of Images

3 Square Art accepts only digital images/files for consideration. See specifications below. The Gallery will retain the submitted images of accepted artwork and reserves the right to use the images in publications and gallery publicity.

Delivery and Return of Artwork

All artwork accepted for the exhibition must arrive ready to install. Artwork not gallery-ready, or not exhibiting good craftsmanship, may be omitted from the exhibit. Accepted artwork that differs significantly from the entry images or suffers from poor presentation, will be disqualified. Please note that a professional-level presentation and craftsmanship is a must. Artwork may be hand delivered or shipped. Shipped artworks must be sent in an easily reusable container/packaging with return shipping prepaid. Artworks will be returned in the same manner as delivered. All artwork must arrive at the 3 Square Art Gallery by the specified date (see calendar above). Accepted work will remain on display for the duration of the exhibition. Artworks not claimed within 30 days of the end of the exhibit will become the property of 3 Square Art. The artists are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the 3 Square Art gallery.


3SA does NOT provide insurance for any artwork on loan from the Artist. 3SA recommends that the Artist carry an insurance policy for all artwork on loan to 3SA. All shipments to and from 3SA should be insured by Artist to protect artwork for damage during transit.

Sale of Artwork

3 Square Art Gallery will retain a commission of 40% of the sale price on all artwork sold during the exhibition. Artists set the sale price on the entry form, and in doing so should account for all logistical costs, framing, etc related to making the work exhibit-ready. Sale price and status cannot be changed after the deadline to submit.

Agreement to Participate

Submitting your entries by the entry form indicates that you agree with the terms & conditions of entry and exhibit as outlined in this form, that you are reserving spots in our jury, that you will send the entry fee, and that you agree to make your work available and will ship/deliver it to the gallery should it be selected for exhibit.

DO NOT submit an entry if you cannot follow through. Do not double-book your work, commit it to other conflicting exhibitions, or sell it without securing its availability for our exhibit, after submitting to this exhibition.
